ABS ESD

FDM ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) is an innovative, advanced, styrenic polymer ABS with a carbon black nanotube additive that promotes a substantial electrostatic discharge dissipation. This material also provides excellent thermal conductivity. Beneficial mechanical properties include wear and stress resistance, and a dust-free surface due to the reduction in static electricity.

ABS-Like

ABS-like is our closest representation of injection molded ABS in a 3D printed material. It has the same high resolution appearance as VeroWhite, but the material is much stronger and more durable.

932 Bearing Bronze is a reliable and robust, providing excellent wear and corrosion resistance due to its tin, iron, and zinc content. It’s a great choice for applications requiring good wear and corrosion resistance. This alloy is commonly used in applications that require high strength, low friction, and resistance to wear and tear. Because of its strength and durability, it is an ideal choice for bearings, bushings, thrust washers, valve components, and other parts subjected to heavy loads or harsh environments.

Accura 60

Accura 60 is the perfect material for creating transparent parts. This material boasts a high tensile strength and can be used for challenging functional assemblies. It does have a relatively low-temperature limit and this must be considered if the assembly will be used in high-heat environments.

Accura ClearVue

Accura ClearVue is a translucent material with a good balance of aesthetic and physical properties. Accura Xtreme Grey or White 200

SLA Accura Xtreme Grey is a 3D printing material that is durable, resisting breakage, and can be utilized for challenging assembly requirements or even vacuum-casting master patterns. It can withstand harsh environments and produces parts with excellent detail fidelity and even nice sidewall quality.

ASA

FDM ASA (Acrylonitirle styrene acrylate) is the ultimate general use thermpolastic. It is similar to ABS but offers three improvements over ABS: enhanced mechanical properties, better aesthetics, and UV resistance.

EPU 40

EPU 40 offers a combination of tear strength, energy return, and elongation making it perfect for impact absorption, vibration isolation, gaskets, and seals. It is a good choice for applications where high elasticity and tear resistance are needed. It is comparable to commercial TPUs with a Shore A hardness of 70.

EPU 41

EPU 41 is a production-scale elastomeric material that is especially well-suited for elastomeric lattices where high resiliency is needed. EPU 41 has higher resilience (energy return) and better retention of elastomeric properties than EPU 40 at temperatures > -10°C. It is comparable to commercial TPUs with a Shore A hardness of 70.

EPX 82

EPX 82 is a high-strength epoxy-based engineering material with excellent long-term durability and mechanical properties comparable to lightly glass-filled thermoplastics (e.g. 20% GF-PBT, 15% GF-Nylon). It is suitable for a variety of automotive and industrial applications such as connectors, brackets, and housings.

Loctite 3D 3843

Loctite 3843 Matte Black is a photopolymer resin with good impact strength and moderate temperature resistance. 3843 is a one-part resin. PA 12 Glass Beads

PA 12 has excellent flexural strength and heat deflection properties and is a great choice for both end-use production parts and functional prototypes. PA 12 is also available with 40% glass bead fill for a higher degree of stiffness and dimensional stability.

PC+ABS

PETG

PETG (Polyethylene terephthalate glycol) is a useful 3D printing material for mechanical early-stage prototypes. It’s a great option that merges the cost-effectiveness of PLA and functionality of ABS. Although not ideal for aesthetics, this material is known for its impact resistance, warpage resistance, low shrinkage rate and high head deflection temperature.

Polycarbonate (PC)

FDM PC (Polycarbonate) is a tried and true choice for many applications, offering dimensional stability, heat resistance and good impact resistance. It also has a good stiffness, enabling shape retention and it is a tough material suitable for applications requiring durability, even for industrial use or functional testing.

Polypropylene

Polypropylene is a durable material, with excellent chemical resistance and low moisture absorption. Making this material perfect for piping or fluid systems. UMA 90

UMA 90 is a one-part rigid resin similar to conventional SLA resins. It is available in white, black, grey, cyan, yellow, and magenta colors that may be mixed freely to your specification before printing. As a one-part resin, UMA 90 it can be printed quickly and cheaply. It is well suited for producing manufacturing jigs, fixtures, and general purpose prototypes.
